Pluma fill replicates the structure of down in a continuous synthetic insulation material providing exceptional warmth to weight and warmth when wet performance. The jacket is lined with a slick lightweight nylon ripstop that glides smoothly over layers and wicks moisture when you’re working up a storm. Innovative quilting stabilizes the Pluma fill strands with the minimal stitching and maximum loft. A two-way adjustable hood is helmet compatible and has a laminated visor for optimal visibility in bad conditions. Cord locks embedded in the hood and hem eliminate loose ends and make adjustments easy even when wearing gloves. In the collar hidden vents allow air to flow. Primo Puffs burly front zipper is watertight and also easy to operate with gloved hands. Hand warmer pockets, a chest pocket with a secure media pocket with cable routing and an interior pocket for gloves or goggles carry all that you need. Zippers are coated for water tightness and slim zip installation on the pockets and ventilating pit zips reduce bulk and weight. The low-profile powder skirt can be cinched for a tight seal or laid flat or removed when unneeded. A webbing loop at the back of the jacket connects to any Patagonia snow pants.
